The charity that helps recovering addicts is organising a fundraising party next Sunday June 16th at the Plaza de la Estación
The Councillor for NGOs, Mamen Mateo was at the GAEX office for the presentation of the big day.
The Grupo de Amigos de Exadictos (Friends of Ex Addicts Group) explained that the aim of this activity is to raise funds for primary attention to their members, medical expenses and pharmaceutical treatment associated with this illness, as well as to give them a budget to carry out their attention programmes.
All those who join in on the day will be able to enjoy baguettes, sausages and hamburgers at popular prices as well as an extensive and fun programme of entertainment so the whole family can enjoy a different kind of Sunday in a good cause. As well as games, performances and activities, those attending will be able to learn about the development of the association from informative leaflets that will be handed out.
